We have used Mark and his company twice, firstly to have a new Font Door plus side cladding around eighteen months ago and recently for a new replacement double glazed bay window. On both occasions Mark was very helpful, polite and prompt with his quotes and explanations of the work involved, timings and costs. The work carried out was to a high standard and finished off well and everything left clean and tidy. Mark also called in the same or following day to ask if we were satisfied and our opinion of the workmen. We have now agreed to go ahead with a job for replacement Soffit and Fascia's due to the previous standard of workmanship. We are happy to have anyone view the work done on our property.

We contacted Glazed Windows and doors asking them to provide a quote for a replacement patio door and a separate window. An appointment was made and Mark arrived as arranged, he took time to understand our requirements and was thorough in his survey. A quote was provided within 24hrs, this was competitive in terms of other quotes we had received. As Mark’s manner had provided us with confidence that the work would be carried out to a high standard, we went ahead with the order. On the day of the installation, Keith arrived, checked the site, confirmed the measurements and before commencing any work, checked the door on his van was the correct style and size. Protective covers were used throughout and the process was explained to ensure we were happy with what was going to be done. The work was carried out carefully and I witnessed continual checking to ensure the levels/gaps were all correct. The door surrounds were finished well and looks very neat. The other window panel was fitted without a problem and Keith even adjusted the door as he noted it was slightly out. Once complete, the site was left clear of any debris. Previous poor experiences with window companies meant that our expectations were not particularly high, however, Glazed Windows changed that by providing a very professional job from start to finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending Glazed Windows after receiving such excellent service from them.

Mark fitted some French doors to an extension we have just had built. He has also fitted many windows at our house to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Mark to my friends if they are interested.
