Our Velux windows were installed a couple of days ago and we are very pleased with them. Their quote for the job was fair, and it was clear that Rob has a thorough knowledge of lofts and suggested appropriate solutions. There was no hard sell. I appreciated the visuals and explanation of how the ladder would be fitted. We had been thinking about getting a loft ladder for a while and finally took the plunge. The survey was straightforward, and when Luke came to install the ladder, he had it all done in an hour. The results are excellent, you wouldn't know anything had been done. It has been a really good experience all round and we wish we had done it sooner. We would highly recommend this company!

Can I say that we were so pleased with the installation. I can't remember the name of the fitter (was it Peter?) but he did a great job. He was efficient - arrived promptly, very tidy with his work (during and clearing up afterwards) and just cracked on with the project without any distractions. So please do pass on our thanks and I think having your own employees makes such a difference to sub-contracting the work out. Rob highlighted this when I first met him and it is so true. So thank you. I know it was only a small project but everything has run smoothly, efficiently and timely which you don't see a lot of these days.

Firstly Wow. couldn't visualise a space transformed in a way that its gone today. Totally exceeded expectations, but also knew would be a professional job. With moving house recently and with wanting to do certain things with the property yours has been the most stress free. From quote to install is clock
work. Travis Perkins and your engineer turned up similar times and got stuck straight in. Should of really been my opening comment but the engineer that carried out work was very professional, knew his job well. A pleasure to have around the house and worked solidly all day. He must certainly be your best!

The work was carried out in a very professional manner by your installer Luke, who was very caring in floor covering, and giving clear instructions on use after completing the work.  Although he was delayed in arriving due to a another installation taking longer than expected he didn't 'hurry up' on our work and was extremely polite and a credit to your company.

Excellent! Luke started as soon as he arrived, making a support structure and cover for the new opening to prevent excess debris falling from above through the Victorian lath and plaster ceiling. He worked all day, only pausing to acknowledge an occasional mug of tea left by the ladder. We now have a safe, smart and eminently more sensible loft opening. And Luke vacuumed and tidied up afterwards probably leaving the hall carpet in a better state than he found it. I am delighted. No more nail-biting climbs on a precariously balanced ladder above a winding back staircase through a too small opening to deal with plumbing, electrics etc. I would recommend your company without hesitation.
