We asked Bryn to quote for a loft ladder. He arrived as agreed, explained exactly what he would recommend and why and emailed us a quote. We agreed and booked Bryn in. He arrived promptly on the day, explained again what he was going to do, completed the work, cleaned up everything and demonstrated how the ladder works. We are over the moon with his work and Bryn is a thoroughly decent chap. Would highly recommend!!

March 2025. Loft insulated, boarded and loft ladder fitted by Bryn. Absolutely a perfect job so professional. Respectful of property extremely tidy and a genuinely nice guy. So nice to find someone that actually delivers what they say. I would highly recommend and if I could I would give 10 stars. Thank you Bryn for your hard work.

Bryn installed a loft ladder and new hatch and has done an excellent job. He was friendly, conscientious, always on time, tidy and with a good attention to detail. He worked hard and spent some time to get the framing around the hatch to match the profile of existing door architraves precisely so that everything looked the best it could be. I couldn't be happier with the job he's done and the way he worked.

I would highly recommend this company. We moved into our and quickly realised the loft needed urgent attention. I contacted them and they responded immediately and came on time to quote the job. The price was reasonable and the job was carried out to the highest standard. In fact they went above and beyond to deal with all the curve balls the job kept throwing at them. Five star service…. Very pleased with the work Loft Ladder & Boarding Services Tadley did for us, every step of the way from initial phone call, survey to installing the Hatch and Ladder for us, was first class. Bryn takes a real pride in his work, so easy to get with, once the hatch, ladder and boarding was installed Bryn hoover through even the staircase, and left the bedroom with no mess or offcuts wouldn't know he had been there.

There was something about Bryn, when he came to quote for our loft insulation, that made feel he will do a good job. We were not disappointed, we were delighted. Bryn was exceptionally thorough in his preparation of our loft, relaying the old 100mm insulation which had been disturbed over the years, prior to laying new 200mm insulation over the top. Bryn was polite, worked nonstop, we could not be more satisfied.

Bryn is amazing, nothing is to much trouble. He is very professional keeping everything tidy as he worked. Im very pleased with the finish. He took time to show me how the ladder worked and ensured I could work it easily. Which for an older lady under 5ft is perfect. Highly recommend his services.

We had an excellent response from contacting Bryn Marshall of Loft Ladder And Boarding Service and he carried out a free review of our loft ladder installation as our present one has become difficult for people to operate. Bryn noticed that some repairs could improve the use of it and he spent 2 hours carrying out some changes using material he found in his van. It is now more like it was when new . This was very welcome as it is for a vertical door and more expensive than for a horizontal hatch. Bryn did not ask for any payment.

I would strongly recommend Bryn's services to anyone wishing to have work done on their loft. We had loft insulation installed. From the initial quote Bryn was very easy to deal with, communicating clearly and responding promptly. When carrying out the work Bryn was a pleasure to have in the house, arriving on time, working hard and quietly, and tidying up thoroughly afterwards. The work was completed on time, to a high standard, and the invoice was in line with the quote. All in all, an excellent job.

First class service. Bryn is a pleasant and polite and it was a pleasure to meet him when he initially came to provide a quotation. This was received as promised a few days later and the start date for the work set. He arrived when promised with his first action to cover the hall, stairs and landing in protective dust sheets and at the end of the day you not have know he had been there. This attention to detail continued for the 5 days duration of the work. I stopped myself looking at the work until it was completed and i was highly impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work completed. It exceeded my expectations. Bryn Marshall has done a brilliant job, I am very satisfied. He inspected the loft within 2 days after the first call and the price we agreed was what I paid after the job was completed. It took 4 days to complete following items in the loft: Remove old insulation & old tank, patch up the worst of the holes in the roofing felt, install telescopic ladder, using the wire mesh block the eaves to help prevent rodents/squirrels entering, install 270mm of glass mineral wool insulation + boarding the central area of the loft. Bryn used higher class materials compared to other quotes I had for similar price. No mess in the house during and after the job. Most importantly, no contractors, Bryn inspects, quotes and does the job himself bringing years of experience. I would highly recommend using Loft Ladder & Boarding Service Tadley for anyone who cares about material quality, timely completion and excellent job for no more money then any other player in the market.

Bryn did a fantastic job. He completely re-organized our loft and put new insulation down and fire hoods on all of our lights. He then created us a new insulated hinged hatch. He worked so hard for 2 full days. Was very tidy with dust sheets placed where required. He cleaned up and vacuumed when he was finished. He charged a fair price for all the work he did. He is a lovely guy as well. Highly recommended.

The Loft Ladder gentlemen turned up on time and put down dust sheets in the hallway and stairs. The ladder and hatch was fitted perfectly and was just what we wanted. The gentlemen also hoovered up before they left, so everything was left clean and tidy.
