Last Friday we discovered the joint between downpipe and gutter had come apart and water was cascading down the wall. Phoned Ann, and job permanently fixed today at lower price than quoted as it was so simple to do. Will use them again and recommend to others.

I really appreciated Andy's work yesterday, fixing my gutter, he did a great job, and he was charming and tenacious, even though it was a tricky. We had to get the ladder through the next door neighbours window to get access to the gutter, and Andy did a great job of making it look easy. It could have been really stressful for everyone, but Andy's calm and patient manner meant that it all got done without being too stressful for anyone.

Rang them based on the reviews and was very glad I did. Andy answered the phone quickly and said Ann would ring me back within 15mins to arrange a date - which is exactly what happened. I have used Andy for the last 3 years. So I thought it is time to write a review stating that the work he carries out every year is excellent. I have found the company to be efficient, quick to carry out the work and their prices are very competitive. He also does thorough inspections to pick up in any potential problems to bring to my attention.

Andy has just finished and done a great job of fixing multiple leaks. He also fitted some new brackets which were missing and then cleared out the gutters. Nothing was to much trouble. A proper old fashioned trades man who does a good job at a very fair price.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Andy came out the next day and cleared the problem area, and resealed the joints. As well as clearing the rest of the gutters. He was polite friendly and very efficient, and just got on with the job. Much more rapid response than I expected and great job. Would definitely use again.

A very efficient and good value service from the time of initial enquiry all the way through to completion of the job. Our gutters were cleaned quickly yet thoroughly, with advice given on other roof maintenance that may need to be carried out without making me feel at all taken advantage of. I wish more tradesmen were like this!

I was very impressed that Andy came out to us very quickly and resolved the problem which turned out to be a blockage. We were expecting that more work would be needed but were pleasantly surprised not to be ripped off with unnecessary work. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again.

My house guttering was leaking, the tradesman I had used for 30 years has retired, what to do? You hear so many horror stories and neighbours couldn't help with a recommendation. The Little Green Book solved my problem. One email to "allthingsguttering" was promptly answered and an appointment arranged. Andy arrived when he said he would, checked out the leaks, gave me good advice, quoted a sensible price, ordered the replacement parts, returned when he said he would and fitted them. He clearly knows what he is doing, is a nice straightforward no nonsense kind of guy. In other words just the sort of tradesman you hope to find.

What a brilliant double act Andy and Mrs Andy are!! More than met expectations. Andy came round to give me a quote. Said I DIDN'T need guttering replaced. There and then went up his ladder and resolved the problem. I called him a star and he was taking a call from another customer as he was leaving me who also called him a star. Would recommend him every time. Apart from his open and honest face and his lovely accent he knows his guttering!!!

Excellent service. Phoned on a Monday, job done on Tuesday, to the quoted price. I didn't even need to be in. Very tidy too, no sign of any mess from the gutter clean anywhere, except in my green waste bin.

I had a reply to my initial email enquiry within two hours, with a quotation. My reply accepting the quotation was followed within two hours by a phone call to book an appointment for the following afternoon. Andy arrived within the hour agreed and fixed leaks in two joints in the guttering. One of the uPVC joints had not been screwed to its fascia board and Andy fixed that with a non-ferrous screw. Then he hand cleaned more than 90 feet of guttering. All the work was completed in an hour while Andy, a super guy to have working on my home, chatted to me about what he was doing and why.
