He also installs boilers, provides gas safety checks and landlord certificates. Very efficient, he takes pride in his work and aims to keep heating systems working at their very best. Absolutely brilliant. Arrived faster than most engineers reply to a phone call. Had all the parts needed to replace my boiler pump and did all the work solo with no mess and no fuss and decent price. Really charming man too.

James is a star!! He saved our Christmas - we had no heating or hot water and he came out on 23rd December and fixed a hard to find fault by going the extra mile. He persevered where many when would have given up - I have no hesitation in recommending him.

James at JT Heat recently fitted a new gas boiler. We couldn't be happier with everything. Prompt turn up over the two days. Clean and tidy work ethic, very respectful in our home. James was pleasant, approachable, and explained every aspect of the process well. We now have an awesome new boiler installed in our loft, with the neatest copper piping. Excellent!!

James came out at short notice and fixed a boiler others wanted to scrap. He is polite, helpful and reliable. His prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We have used JT Heat for the last few years for our boiler service and any heating/plumbing jobs. We have always found the service to be great, the work is done to a high standard and the pricing is very reasonable.

When my boiler broke down just after New Year none of our usual plumbers were returning my calls. So I turned to The Directory. James got back to me within minutes and was able to fit us in next day. He diagnosed the problem straight away and had us up and running within a couple of hours. I was so impressed with his professionalism and approach that I've since had him back to fit a radiator. James is very personable, clearly describes all the options and keeps you informed as the job progresses. A pleasure to do business with.

On the day I called James out I heard a very loud banging noise coming from my boiler. James came straight round and and then told me it was a pump issue. Luckily he had one on the van and replaced it with no hassle and at a reasonable price too. I was very pleased how prompt and professional James was whilst fixing my problem and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

James Timbers is a very friendly, reliable and professional individual. He has diagnosed and replaced parts of our ageing boiler and also repaired a leaking radiator valve for us. His quotations were prompt and accurate and his smart appearance and cheerful personality put you at ease. A great tradesmen and a pleasure to do business with.

James attended my property to carry out a repair on my boiler. The hot water and heating had stopped working and the boiler was making a buzzing noise too. He attended swiftly from my call and used shoe covers in my property. He covered my surfaces with dust sheet protectors and was very respectful of all my property. He located the fault to the boilers fan which needed replacing and quoted me there and then. Luckily a local shop had one in stock so he collected it and completed his repair. All within 1.5hrs!
James cleaned up after himself and was very polite and professional.I cannot recommend him enough and its great to know I now have a reliable Gas Engineer at the end of the phone.
