Ken Hall advised me to update my lap top to improve its stability ,operation and speed by replacing the current hard drive with a new solid state drive. He explained in easy terms how this could done and the cost. He collected the laptop, kept in touch by email and returned it a couple of days later. He was very helpful showing and explaining to me the basics and advised me to email him if I came across any difficulties. The cost was reasonable when you consider the cost of a new lap top computer. I highly recommend Ken Hall (business) and would not hesitate in recommending him.
