My Computer needed replacing - easy I don't think so. I allowed connection and they downloaded everything from my home to their computer - great job. They then delivered new Dell installed it in my home got me going. I use all the old Passwords etc. and it looks and works exactly the same. They managed the charging and stopped me wasting money. Thanks Rich(ard), Omar and Ray(Young Lady) Highly Recommended.

Excellent service. Installed and set up PC and provided ancillary items. Very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to non tech seniors. Recommend this company for any IT support at a very reasonable cost.

Rich was fantastic. He brilliantly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our laptop and throughout was patient, knowledgeable and informative. He exuded confidence right from the start and gave us complete trust in his ability. We have no hesitation in recommending him and we will certainly be using his services again, including getting him to set up our next laptop, rather than using any in-shop services.

Brilliant. Chap really knew his stuff. Had me sorted in about 20 mins, going deep into the Cmd screen/function. I am pretty IT cute, but could not have sorted this one, though I had managed to get the WiFi reconnection to the printer. He also made a very reasonable charge. CastleComms will be my routine port of call for future IT help, and I will recommend to friends locally.

I’ve known Rich for a very long time and he’s looked after my family’s IT in the most helpful, positive and professional way. There is nothing Rich doesn’t know about fixing/installing computers. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and I trust him completely. I really don’t know what I’d do without him!

I was in need of immediate assistance [lost outlook email facility off my computer and could not restore it]. On first telephone contact Rich Castle offered a half hour slot [fixed low cost] to deal with the fault there and then via remote control of my computer - he did so very quickly. And because I had time within the minimum half hour slot he offered and performed a 'security check' on my computer and removed threats. He has a good attitude and worked very successfully for me. Thoroughly recommended.

When I had trouble with the switch on my computer I contacted Rich. He knew just what the problem was and how to solve it, for which he gave a quotation. When he had had a couple of days to order the required part, he collected the computer, repaired it within 24 hours and brought it back - all for what seems to me a very reasonable price. Rich is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and keen to help those who are not.

We had problems with sending/receiving emails and so I called this company after a recommendation from my daughter, who'd used them previously when her laptop died. They juggled appointments to fit us in and I can wholeheartedly recommend Rich's knowledge, friendliness and efficiency. He also took the time to advise me on technical issues AND in "laymen's" terms, which I need because I am not all all tech savvy. I would highly recommend this family run business and they'll be our first port of call for any future hardware or software issues.

May I commend Rich, computer engineer of CastleComms for his efficiency and very prompt service when I had worrying problems with e-mail hacking and with internet access. He responded very quickly and came out the same day, fixing the problems and giving, as it says, “jargon-free advice.” He and his wife’s pleasant and cheerful manner took away the gloom and set me on the right road again!

Excellent service provided by Rich to repair my home laptop which had numerous issues. Within 24 hours all sorted and I was back at home using laptop. Would definitely recommend Castle Comms for any computer problems.
