What was a big problem for us, was a small one for Kevin. Kevin set up a new printer to work with two computers with different operating systems. To complicate matters one computer has no internet access. No big deal for him: we had struggled for weeks. Rapid and efficient service with helpful advice. I had to call Kevin at 24-7 Computer Doctor yesterday as my email had gone haywire and most of them had disappeared. Working remotely, as he has access to our computer, Kevin fixed the problem in less than five minutes and all my emails sprang back to life. The problem had been caused by a forced-installation of New Outlook which I had found very upsetting and annoying. Kevin fixed the problem - for a very small fee - and we are so grateful. He has done the work on our computers for the last few years and we would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Having had IT issues for a while I contacted Kevin to see if he could help. Within a day he had got back to me, we had discussed the issues and he had provided a very reasonable quote for the work to be done which involved installing a new version of MS office, migrating all my emails and files over to Onedrive, setting up comprehensive security and backup systems. Kevin Eaton offers a service which we find to be second to none. He is professional, prompt and efficient and knows his way swiftly around a computer. Two years ago, we purchased a new computer and, in under the hour, he installed all the data from the old one onto the new one and added several security features to give us peace of mind. Recently, we suffered a power failure which resulted in important emails going missing. Again in under the hour, he came out and was able to reinstate all the missing data and also installed further back up. His fee is very reasonable in our opinion, he can deal with people of all ages and abilities, and we cannot recommend him too highly.

Our internet provider arbitrarily cut off our three e-mail accounts two or three days ago, as part of their upgraded, more-secure service. It was secure all right - we couldn't send out e-mails. After three fruitless attempts to help us through their help centre, and learning that they had no service staff based in the UK, we decided to ask 247 Computer Doctor. We'd used them previously for an unrelated problem and been greatly impressed. We had already requested more assistance from the help-centre, so our helpful expert was not only able to ask them to untangle the maze of e-mail accounts, but also to educate them about how to resolve our complex problem.
