Paul completed a substantial demolition and reconstruction of a curved garden wall, in Flemish bond, and did a marvellous job. Having someone who is a master of their craft in control of things is so reassuring. The final product exceeded expectations and we would be delighted to invite him back for other internal and external works planned.

Paul brilliantly executed the rebuilding of our broken garden wall and the overall finished work is outstanding. Paul has just completed all the building work on a garage conversion for us, and I am very happy with the results and the whole process. As has been said in other reviews, Paul kept us in the loop at all times, so we always knew what was happening and when, and his cost and time estimates were all pretty accurate from the start. He was accommodating in the order in which he did things, in order to minimise disruption to us. My overall impression of the whole job was that whenever things inevitably came up that differed from the original plans we had drawn up, Paul always figured out the solution without making it our problem I'd definitely recommend his services.

Paul was recommended to us by a neighbour and has built a large double garage for us and we are very happy with the service and quality of his work. Just a sample of great characteristics: 1/ Very serious about the quality of his work and great working attitude - he does not take any short cuts or arrive late or leave early. 2/ Flexible and able to adjust work around issues and awkward building reg inspector requirements (we had to change the foundation design last minute). 3/ Great team - all the people that work with/for Paul are superb. 4/ Fair price. 5/ Very easy to talk to and get along with. Great communication about issues and proposes safe solutions. We recommend Paul and we will be using his services to complete my next single story extension project.

I came out of hospital in July 2020, having been in there for 3 months and we were recommended Paul Duffy builders and from the time we met Paul to the time he completed our work - hr was AMAZING I have never met an individual who keeps his customers TOTALLY in the loop at all times. He was honest in giving us the timescale he could start the work and was so professional in all aspects of doing the job. He renovated our garage & garden room building which had been destroyed and damaged by our neighbours from hell whose ivy had destroyed the building. But the completed work which he has done has been FANTASTIC. We would highly recommend him to anyone and would also be happy to show you the QUALITY of his workmanship. I would not personally describe him as just a builder,,,,,,Paul for me was a craftsman. Thank you Paul for converting this space into a great Outbuilding which we now can use as a storeroom & Utility room. Paul also has an amazing network of reliable and honest professional people who assist him with the roofing and electrics. Together they made our building look great
