Kingfisher did a complete refurbishment of my small bathroom. All new items suggested by them were high quality and the work was carried out efficiently and with special care to avoid dust etc getting to other rooms. The work was completed ahead of the estimated time and slightly below the estimated cost. All waste materials were disposed of and my property was left clean and tidy at the end of the work. Overall a very good job by Kingfisher.

This is the second time I have used Kingfisher for the refurbishment of a bathroom, the first time was 10 years ago and this room still looks great. Mark spends time to fully understand what you are looking to achieve and makes suggestions that make best use of the space. He will also help with choices of items such as showers, pumps etc as there is a wide range of options. There is no pressure and all aspects of the project managed including, plumbing, plastering, electrical, flooring and tiling. The team were courteous and left the house clean and tidy after every day after finishing work.

Kingfisher have installed a bathroom, cloakroom and kitchen for me. After visiting places where you meet a "designer" but they basically just try and work out if their off the shelf products fit in the space, it was such a relief when I spoke with Mark and he immediately had really good ideas on how to make things work. For example, I knew I wanted my washing machine moving and he was the first person to have a great suggestion of how to do it. The process of choosing what I needed was easy but not rushed and advice was given appropriately. The work was carried out to a high quality and all the team were friendly and respectful. We used Kingfisher to refurbish out downstairs cloakroom and completely revamp our wet room. It was a big job that took the best part of 3 weeks to complete. From the outset, they were very professional and very communicative. They are a business in demand, we had to book in a date for someone to come round to quote. Not a bad thing! The process was straightforward from start to finish. Because of lead times, we had plenty of time to choose what we wanted and needed and Mark, the owner was on hand to answer any queries/give us advice. This was invaluable. The guys who did the work, Gary, Sam, Frank, Mark and Chris were very friendly, amenable and flexible. They kept us updated on amends to the scheme and before they did something (ie tiling), they checked with us to ensure we were happy with what they proposing before they did it. Very refreshing! They worked hard, the quality of their workmanship is excellent and we are delighted with our new spaces. They are not cheap but the old adage of you get what pay for rings true here. We would have no hesitation in recommending them - a big thank you them all for doing such a cracking job.

Mark and his team updated a bathroom and kitchen for a flat that I let out. I live an hour and a half away so it wasn't straight forward. Mark was booked up for six months but it was well worth the wait. I am delighted with the work which was finished to a very good standard. They were very careful with protecting carpets and the communal areas. Sue who answered any queries was also very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this company and give them 5 gold stars!

Kingfisher Bathrooms and Kitchens completely refitted our bathroom a few months ago and we were really impressed with both the end result and the service they provided throughout. At the start they were extremely helpful in advising what to do with the space we had and how this could work within our budget. They replied to emails and calls promptly and professionally, answering questions to help us make sure we bought the right fixtures/fittings and offering lots of knowledgeable advice on the best products to choose and why. When it came to fitting the bathroom, they always arrived on time and were very polite and respectful of our house. They would always check first before doing something that might inconvenience us, e.g turning off the water. Having people work in your house for over two weeks can be very disruptive but they made every effort to minimise this, tidying up before they left every evening and making sure we always had a working toilet etc. They were friendly and approachable, making sure any questions were answered honestly and in layman’s terms, so we felt confident about the choices we were making for our bathroom. Mark brought our dream bathrooms to life. He is just brilliant at bespoke work, and created a beautiful unit of full height lit alcoves for our consumables, as well as a stunning unit to house our floating loo. All finished within the specified time frame, 3 weeks for the major works plus 3 days for the finishing. Every time we walk past our new bathrooms we are wowed! This was a major project for us which involved us moving out whilst the works were carried out, given both the Kitchen and Bathroom were being stripped out. But these guys delivered on their promise, and within 3 weeks they had completed the full stripout and refurbishment as promised, with just minor decorations to follow in week 4. Amazing job! Kingfisher Bathrooms & Kitchens have just completed two whole bathroom refurbishments, both with showers, baths, wash-hand basins, lavatories, cupboards and under-floor heating; one being a wet-room. The results are quite stunning. Mark Toms undertook or supervised all the work and was a most careful and thorough project manager. His attention to detail was second to none, especially in the important finishing jobs such as grouting. Not the least of his helpful approach was in the design of the rooms, provision of product brochures and assistance with the selection of the tiles and white goods. When one floor was lifted the team was faced with a significant difficulty in the form of a large structural steel girder. In the previous bathroom, which this was replacing, the builder had 'bow-sprung' pipes across the steel and one could understand why. But Mark was having none of it and because of the difficult position it took him two days to hand drill the appropriate-sized holes to take the pipe-work. He carefully considered several such difficulties and in every case came to a solution that did not interfere in any way with what he envisaged for the final appearance of the rooms. His charges were held as per his quotations, only our occasional revisions such as switching to more expensive goods or add-ons incurred extra expense or time. Kingfisher's attention to detail was reflected in the thorough tidying and cleaning before they left every evening. It is never easy with work going on in the house day-in and day-out, but Mark and his men did their best to minimise any stress we might otherwise have felt by their presence. I would not hesitate to recommend Kingfisher for bathroom projects and we are already in discussion on other work.

I couldn't praise Kingfisher Bathrooms enough. They recently refurbished my bathroom for me and I was over the moon with it. So pleased that I immediately asked them to do my cloakroom which is now finished. Mark and his team are first class. They are excellent craftsmen and extremely polite and trustworthy. I contacted Kingfisher bathrooms because I had very low water pressure from my shower and was looking for a solution to this. They came to my house to give me a quotation for work and were very helpful during the visit. I decided to go ahead with the work and could not be more pleased with the result. A pump was fitted in the loft and a new shower installed and the result is a vastly improved shower. All the work was carried out promptly and the room left clean and completely tided after the work. If I need more work on the bathroom in future I will definitely return to this company.

Mark Toms, Kingfisher Bathrooms, just fitted a new bathroom for me. It is finished to such a high specification I feel as if I am in a 5 star spa! It is absolutely beautiful and on budget! The meticulous attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism of all the staff is second to none. Most of all though for me was that Mark listened to what my dream bathroom would be then advised and guided me through the planning and fitting, then made sure I was happy at each stage and kept me in the loop as the refit progressed. They also took due care of my new stair carpet and paint work and cleaned up each evening after the days work. This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review like this, but I have to say the experience and outcome has been wonderful. I thoroughly recommend this company if you are having any plumbing work done.

Mark Toms and his team from Kingfisher Bathrooms recently refurbished my downstairs cloakroom and a major unforeseen problem surfaced when the old toilet was removed. The solution required significant additional excavation of the ground below the floor and intricate pipework to achieve the desired design and I am delighted with the finished cloakroom. For me the key elements in establishing trust in any person providing services in your home is how reliable they are and how they deal with difficult problems. Mark always tries to find pragmatic solution that will please the customer even if this increases the effort and complexity of the original scope of work. This is the 3rd time I have used Kingfisher and each time the job has not been straight forward and on each occasion I have been very pleased with the quality of the work and the associated value for money it represents. The team are very professional, easy to work with and treat the customer's property with respect. I will be pleased to use them for any such requirements in the future and would recommend them accordingly.

We have just had our bathroom gutted and completely refurbished by Mark, Chris & Jamie, after having our shower room similarly transformed by them 3 years ago. The result is stunning, great workmanship and what a difference it has made to the household. As before Mark & team were very supportive with our thoughts and were able to offer their own ideas and recommendations to ensure the re-fit went smoothly and to time, which it did.They were a real pleasure to have in the house, often left on their own, and at close of play each day everything was tidied and cleaned ready for the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble for them even when we'd changed our minds on a couple of items. We have recommended them over the years to family, friends and neighbours who have since used their services and were thoroughly delighted with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them again and just a shame we have no other rooms in the house for them to transform!

I contacted Mark when my Aqua Lisa retractable hand shower unit needed to be replaced.  This involved deinstalling fitted furniture around and adjacent to the bath as well as removing the broken unit (which was in a difficult to access location) and fitting the replacement unit.  He did this without any damage to the furniture or tiling for which I was very grateful as the tiles had been discontinued and I had no spare.  He also fixed another problem with the plumbing in the loft and left the site very clean and tidy.  I was very pleased and impressed with his work which was also very good value for money.  He would certainly be my first choice for any bathroom related work in the future.
