I cannot recommend Stuart enough. He is probably the best trade person my husband and I ever found that we hired. He is punctual, polite, pleasant but also professional, knowledgeable and experienced. No hidden cost and very honest. We feel we could ask any questions! He also covers your stuff on arrival and leave spotless clean. He even brought some logs at the end of installation and showed us how everything works :) I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If we ever have a problem, we know where to ask, but i doubt we will have any issues. Only one thing to say to him a massive thanks for making my dream come true to have an amazing wood burner!

Cannot recommend Stuart and Blagrave Stoves highly enough! A fantastic customer experience from initial consult, recommendations of stoves, matching our description of our preference perfectly. Really professional work, clean, tidy, efficient and great advice afterwards on care, types of logs etc. We now have a fantastic stove in time for Christmas! Flaming brilliant!! ?

I am more than happy to recommend Blagrave Hearths & Stoves. Stuart did a fantastic job of preparing and modernising the old fireplace. The chimney work including lining was all carried out very professionally and quickly and not a spot of dirt or mess. Stuart is a friendly, approachable and trustworthy guy and clearly has plenty of knowledge and experience.

He is very polite, knowledgeable and a clean and tidy workman. We are delighted with our multi fuel stove and the high standard of Stuart's workmanship. Stuart also provides a very good level of on going customer care.

Good advice given as to the stove they thought would go with the wood burner. Stuart gave a detailed quotation and kept to the price. He also managed to put my bookcase back and fitted to the surround. He was on time, polite and always cleaned up after his work. I was very pleased with the result of the whole project.

Stuart was helpful and professional in making sure that the surround was well measured and in proportion for the room. The fitting of the stove was professionally done, very quickly and cleanly. We have yet to use the stove "in anger" so cannot fully provide a reference for Stuart's work at the moment - but he did go through the installation and the use of it carefully with us before issuing our HETAS certificate.
We are very pleased with the work and would recommend him to others.
