The important things to know about John, which make him stand out from just about everyone, is he is always punctual. He and his team do not stand around drinking tea, although it is always offered. They clean up after their work and take it away, or dispose it in a garden waste bin if suitable. He is polite and affable and never takes longer than he estimates. He can also be relied on to take on the occasional "one off" without making it sound like a burden-as some do. I would recommend John to anyone as my experience has always been overwhelmingly good.

John kept me informed throughout the process, had a key eye for design, provided a quote on time and was within my budget expectations, turned up with his team when he said he would, the job took as long as he said it would and left the site immaculate.
