Artigiano Property Services have recently completed an en-suite bathroom refit for us. This is their second project for us, as they completed a bathroom refit for us last year. We were delighted that the project was completed well within the quoted 2 week timescale and to a high standard by a professional team under the leadership of Emi. Emi and his team were extremely hard working, punctual and courteous. At the start of the project Emi assisted in the selection of suitable shower room products in conjunction with local suppliers. We are thrilled with our new look en-suite bathroom and would have no hesitation in recommending Emi and his team. We look forward to working with them on our next project.

Artigiano group helped us do a major kitchen refit, including ripping out the old kitchen, levelling the floor, replastering walls and ceiling, repainting and redoing the electrics, gas and water as well as installing an entirely new fitted kitchen. The whole process was very quick and reasonably priced. Emi and his team we're highly professional and accomodating of modifications and requests that arose along the way (like replacing the window). Overall we are delighted with the result and would certainly recommend them to others!

Our en suite bathroom was looking old and out-dated, so we asked the Artigiano Group to design a new en suite for us. The starting date & duration was set but unfortunately due to ill health we requested a postponement and the company was very helpful and obliging, they agreed to postpone the project until all was well again. The project was restarted and the company performed in the most professional, considerate and friendly manner, and we were very happy with the end result, it was well worth waiting for. We would strongly recommend this company.

Artigiano installed an Ikea kitchen in a flat having first dismantled and removed the old. I found the two men who did most of the work efficient and professional. They worked quickly and tidily always clearing up after themselves. The kitchen was completed to a good standard without complications. The manager clearly explained what would happen, highlighted possible difficulties and ensured the final finish. At the end he advised on future maintenance, how to get the best out of the kitchen going forward and identified a missing part that needed reordering.

We had a new Ikea utility room fitted by Artigiano. The fitters , Andrew and Andy, worked hard and completed the task professionally. There was some plumbing involved and they were careful afterwards to check for leaks and try out the washing machine. They checked with me where I wished the handles to go and were careful to make sure that all cupboards were perfectly aligned. They also cleared up all the mess created by sawing etc. Very pleasant and very professional. I'm very happy with the result.

I used this company to remodel my kitchen, which included demolishing the old kitchen and partially removing a partition wall as well as building and fitting the new kitchen, including electrics, plumbing, tiling, plastering etc. I am satisfied with the work undertaken and love my new kitchen.

Artigiano Group just fitted three replacement IKEA worktops in my kitchen and I am delighted with the completed work. Emmy and Dan were professional, friendly, punctual and courteous throughout the two days it took to install. Groundsheets were laid out and overshoes were worn and any mess cleared up as they were working. Our sinks were removed and reinstalled and all plumbing work taken care of by them including new isolation valves which were a bonus. They took great care throughout the process to ensure a first class finish and any small glitches were discussed with us before proceeding. My wife is over the moon with her new kitchen. I cannot fault their service and would gladly recommend them for kitchen installations.

Unbelievably good service. Emi has a brilliant team of trusted and reliable experts - tilers, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, decorators - and his project management skills are second to none. (Apparently he used to manage logistics for a big region for IKEA, and it shows!) Everything happened bang on time and was done perfectly. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. And I’ve already asked him to quote for my next job! I was particularly impressed because my bathroom project was highly unusual. My artist daughter designed it, and it’s like nothing else! Emi and his team completely understood the ‘dreamscape’ design I was after and made it happen for me in real life. Thanks again Emi and team!!

After they did such a wonderful job in installing our new shower room we asked Artigiano Property Services to undertake the refurbishment of our kitchen. Emi gave us good advice both at the planning stage and during the installation, always keeping us informed of who was coming when and what they'd be doing. Emi and his Artigiano team have just finished converting our bathroom into a shower room, and we are delighted with the results and with how the job was done. The conversion was not as simple as it sounds, as it included removing a six-foot section of waste pipe that previously ran along the inside of the wall behind the bath and rerouting it out and along the outside of the wall to connect with a new down pipe. The conversion involved installing a complete new shower enclosure with sliding doors, fully tiled and with niche shelving. The team also installed a new toilet and retiled the floor and some other surfaces. In the case of items that we didn't want to replace, e.g. the sink and a large wall-mounted cupboard, Emi was happy to remove them while the work was done and reinstall them afterwards. We thought that Emi's estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work involved, and the amount charged was exactly what he first quoted We moved out of the house while the work was being done, but Emi kept us up to date by using WhatsApp to send us photos and videos of the progress being made. What might have been quite a nerve-racking experience could not really have gone more smoothly. I would recommend Artigiano whole-heartedly, and would be happy to use their services again for any similar work.

I recently used Artigiano Property Services to install a new water pump at my aunt’s property, as recommended by one of our family friends. There was a water pressure issue at the family bathroom. Emi came and investigated the cause quickly. He explained the problem very clearly and provided the quote which was fair and transparent. From start to finish the job was amazingly done. They arrived bang on 8am everyday, sometimes earlier, worked in a clean and tidy manner and were polite and professional. We had a small issue between the orignal kitchen design and where my plumbing was as I had changed it slightly and the fitter on the day managed to customise some draws around the pipework so to not loose and drawer space. Any bits that were missing or damaged from the orignal delivery were noted and ordered straight away and delivered in time for the end of the instalation.Overall very happy and would strongly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. We were let down by another fitter/plumber and we urgently needed to get an on-suite bathroom refitted. Emi came around and quoted quickly. Three days later on a Saturday he and the team stripped out the old bathroom. First though, all the carpets leading from the front door to the bathroom were covered as was the bedroom where the suite was. It took them 11 days to fit the new fixtures, replace plasterboard where necessary and replaster, re-tile and fit new tiled flooring, also move the wc and radiator and redo the electrics. I cannot fault the workmanship and the communications are first class. Cleanliness and removing the old fittings and rubbish from site was also excellent. We are delighted.

Had an emergency leak and called Emi recommended by a friend. He arrived promptly when he said he would and stopped the leak. We asked Emi to change the water tank as it was over 20 years old and was causing issues. We agreed on a water tank that Emi ordered. Tank delivered within 2-3 days, at which point as agreed Emi returned to change the tank. Job finished by end of the day. Very prompt, reliable, honest and professional service.
