Excellent service from Tom. First of all he answered the call in the first place. He then was able to offer a quick visit to assess the issue. He demonstrated great knowledge and expertise in identifying the problem, ordered the replacement parts and arranged for a follow up visit to fit the new parts the next day. He also offered advice on another issue which he could have done himself but suggested a more suitable alternative. Thoroughly recommended - trustworthy, a cheerful demeanour, customer focussed and an expert in his field.

I had an emergency with my toilet system today whereby water was continuously filling the cistern but the valve was not lifting to stop the water entering. I panicked, phoned Tom and within an hour or so he was on site fixing the problem efficiently. I was so grateful and would highly recommend him. He certainly saved the day for me…panic over. I initially got in touch with Tom to address a leaking pipe and install a new tap in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I emailed Tom this morning regarding a leaking cistern in our loo. He responded by calling me within a really short time and was able to pop in this afternoon. We are very pleased that he was able to sort out the problem and despite having to drive to his supplier for a part his bill was very reasonable. A very good job done and we are glad to have his number should we need help in the future. Our bathroom was left immaculate as well, thank you.

Tom has looked after our gas boiler, central heating and general plumbing needs for many years. He has always responded quickly when we have had problems and he is reliable and efficient. Tom is very tidy - never leaving any mess behind. Over the years, Tom has replaced many taps, serviced the boiler, dealt with leaks of all sizes and he is brilliant at rooting out where a problem lies. Tom never fails to respond to our cries for help and we highly recommend him. Top bloke.

Contacted Tom late afternoon, and he was with me at 10:00 am the following morning to replace two very difficult to reach isolater valves under the bath for the tap. Due to the almost impossible access to the valves, I fully expected the vanity unit would have to be removed in order to gain access. However Tom's desire to cause as little disruption as possible meant that he tirelessly worked like a contortionist and managed to remove and replace both valves. From meeting Tom on other jobs, I can confirm that from the smallest of jobs to a complete re-fit, I would 100% recommend his workmanship.

Tom has looked after our gas boiler, central heating and general plumbing needs for about 12 years. He has always responded quickly when we had problems and was reliable and efficient in carrying out routine servicing. Always very thorough and tidy, never leaving any mess behind. Tom also replaced several radiators for us, thermostatic radiator valves, taps, toilet and immersion heater. He was always a friendly face who turned up when you wanted him to sort out any problems. We have recently moved out of the area and we shall be very lucky if we can find another heating engineer / plumber who can match Tom. Thanks, Tom. We wish you all the best.

Thomas has done a couple of jobs for us now and each time has been great. We had a number of issues with our shower and had tried various things with other plumbers none of which worked but Thomas sorted everything.

Restoring full pressure and heat! His workmanship is fantastic, the shaping of the pipes he fitted are brilliant and his advice and help throughout was always great. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.

We have had cause to seek his services twice in recent times, the second time 24th May. He is a man of great expertise and total integrity. His charges are very reasonable.
