I chose this company off Facebook, and I was not disappointed, in fact I can't believe my luck, they have been amazing, I had a new gas boiler fitted and an Engineer named Brandon came, he worked solid for eight hours, I had to go out for an hour, and I knew my house was in safe hands, that is so comforting for a woman. I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough, everything was left spotless. The phone calls to them were answered professionally and they made you feel you were important. .Thank you Premier Heating Solutions and Especially Brandon. I hope the company realises how lucky they are to have such a brilliant and nice Engineer. I even joined their "club". Very happy bunny. Thank you.

Shane was very personable and friendly while carrying out our recent boiler replacement. From his arrival, he was professional and clearly knowledgeable; this shone through as he walked us through each stage of the process and explained how both the old and new systems worked. He was happy to go into the particulars while carrying out the boiler swap, as I was curious to learn more. The boiler has now been replaced, and I feel we learned a fair amount in the process. I would highly recommend both his service and Premier's service.

The service received from Premier Heating was fantastic with whoever I dealt with. Andy was great from start to finish! He attended to service my boiler and found it not working to its full potential, raised a very competitive fixed price quotation and re-attended to fit the part. All my dealings with Premier Heating were pleasant and easy. Staff were helpful and efficient and work was completed promptly and cleanly. Incredible service. Phoned on Thursday, surveyor here on Friday with a full explanation given as to what is needed and a quote. Boiler fitted on Monday. A slight issue meant that the engineer, Aaron, came back early the next morning to ensure all was well before I went off to a wedding. Would definitely recommend.

From quote to installation the service was great. The quote was fully explained at the visit a fully detailed online after. Upon installation both guys James and Sam arrived early, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. The boiler was checked thoroughly before they left and cleaned up as well! Would definitely recommend.

Installation of new combi boiler & system flush: Excellent customer service from initial quote (options and costs clearly set out) all the way through to installation by two very proficient and amiable engineers who were happy to explain what they were doing and answer questions. The combi boiler installation. They arrived at time to do their job and completed at arranged time. Old boiler and other cylinders were disposed of and removed. Very clean, tidy work. Professionals!

Absolutely brilliant service all round. Rob and Pete went the extra mile with the installations over 4 days. A lot of pipework with all old tanks removed leaving a clean and tidy finish. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Today's work was to finally resolve a problem which has been ongoing for many months. Peter took up the rotting chipboard and replaced it - checked the offending coupling which I had tightened and left everything in full working order. Valve not known to date.

Rob and Luke were prompt on the day, very friendly, knew exactly what they were doing. If it wasn't straight forward they managed to sort it out. Cleaned up behind themselves. They could explain what they were doing. Both very helpful.

From original enquiry to quote acceptance Phil was knowledgable and not pushy at all. The quote was the right price and he noticed things other plumber firms had missed out, On the three days of the fit James, Rob and Luke were timely, polite and knowledgable. They went out of their way to show me everything that was going on and explain it. The company was clean and tidy and super efficient. Good job, good price.
