Outstanding experience from start to finish! We chose County Garage Conversions after comparing several companies locally, and the deciding factor for us was their unique customer warranty that we found no one else had. What really stood out was the constant reassurance we received—not just from the on-site team from the guys, but from the office as well, so thanks for that. As an elderly couple unsure on the build process this was much appreciated. All the many forms and processes of Building Control were taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about a thing and any questions answered immediately. There was no pressure to pay the final invoice until we were happy with the finish, we had a final walk through the conversion with one of the team and also a check list to run through everything which we really appreciated. Really good touch. They truly treated our home with respect as if it was their own.

From initial conversation to completion the time-frame was short and the work was completed earlier than we had originally expected. CGC have today finished my garage conversion. Firstly the team have been great from initially providing a quote up to now. All questions answered and I have never felt like I am hassling them.
Secondly the work was carried out in as less intrusive manner as possible.
They were on time everyday. The quality of the work is exceptional and I am over the moon. Was only finished today so haven’t come across any snags yet but most importantly I feel assured if I have any they will be sorted. This is important to me. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a garage conversion. -

Not only is the workmanship extremely good but there has been the added pleasure of dealing with such a nice team - all have friendly and supportive dispositions, led, of course, by Jonathan himself. We have recently had a garage conversion carried out by County Garage Conversions Ltd. This consisted of necessary structural work and the installation of a new fully-fitted kitchen. From the outset, Jonathan and his team have been extremely professional, with friendly and thorough communications and administrative efficiency. The work was performed according to Jonathan’s predicted timescale, and all visits were timely and punctual. Everything was done to ensure a very clean and tidy site at the end of each working day, with any necessary disruption or inconvenience kept to an absolute minimum. Everyone involved showed great consideration and friendliness. Workmanship was of the highest order, with the project being managed and coordinated smoothly. The staged invoicing accurately followed the initial quotation. Overall, we are delighted with our new kitchen and with the excellent state of renovation (“ready for decoration”) in which the old kitchen was left. We would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan and his team.
