We were very happy with the service we received. This was not a straightforward job, as part of the fence needed to be installed on top of a stepped boundary wall, with a lot of tall plants growing either side of it. Steve was very helpful in talking through the different options and answering my many questions. We also wanted to close a gap in our neighbour's fence, and Steve was very helpful in working with us and our neighbour on the best solution. The workmen were very polite and explained any issues they encountered. The quality of the fencing looks very good.

I arranged to have a couple of quotes for the work and was particularly impressed by Steve from MBC who came round to do the quote. He was very knowledgeable and appreciated his recommendations. I felt safe having MBC do the work. The work was booked in but in between that time we had the storms and some of the fence came down. Steve was really prompt in getting back to me and did a temp repair which really put my mind at rest as otherwise my property was vulnerable. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly and looks great.

I initially called Steve between Christmas and new year as I was worried that the fence might fall on the car. He came out within an hour and made a temporary repair for no charge. He then provided a quote to install a concrete repair spur post. The team came at the time and date arranged to install the post, and the fence now seems secure. Great experience.

We had 45m of close board fencing to be erected on our new boundary. Steve came around last summer to give us a quote which was very competitive. The job was finally actioned in Jan 24, when we had 3 very professional, polite and experienced English guys doing a job very well. Steve is prompt in his communications. And the work carried out was to a high standard, with the areas around each repair left tidy. Steve also took the time to share with me maintenance tips on how to delay/prevent future decay of fence posts, advice which I shall be following to the tee.

I recently asked Steve to quote for a new fence to be erected in our back garden. I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. Only a small fencing job but they were keen to help and the site visit was made within a day of my first call. The quote arrived on the same day as the site visit and was very reasonable. The team started the work less than a week after I accepted the quote and did everything perfectly. Fantastic service off a genuinely lovely guy! I wanted a quote to fix my fence (it's standing but wonky and I was worried it was structurally not safe and secure enough). Steve came round to quote me for the job. He told me there was no evidence that it was not safe and would collapse so actually I didn't need it fixed! He even spent extra time here wedging it to stop the panels from rattling in the wind!!! What a lovely guy and clearly out to give the best service!!!! VERY happy customer!

Steve and his excellent team have completed the 50 meter run of close board fencing quickly and tidily. Steven's quote was the best, his attitude and that of his team was very friendly, helpful and honest. I was expecting the job to take at least two days but they finished in one - all be it a long one - day. The materials he uses are first rate, the workmanship is excellent and the site was left tidier than when he started. Steve was recommended to me by my brother in law and I have no hesitation in recommending MBC to you all.

Right from the first contact with Steve to arrange the quote, through to the completion of our fencing project to the highest standard, the whole experience of dealing with MBC fencing has been a pleasure. After the initial quote our plans changed slightly. On emailing our change in requirements we got an amended, competitive, quotation almost instantly. Once on site the team were all extremely friendly and polite and they did a really excellent job. They had to contend with tight spaces to work in some areas of our garden and treated our neighbours newly painted decking as if it were their own, taking great care not to damage it. They didn't get put off when the heavens opened and carried on to get the job finished. I think they even left my garden tidier than when they started! I would definitely use MBC fencing again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Thanks Steve and the team!

Within 12 hours my old fence was removed, the forest behind even had to be cleared to allow Steve and his team to dig deep enough to secure the fence, so firmly it will last for years and years.
