This was our second project with Mark and the Elivate team and we are very pleased with our new extension and the high level of quality and professionalism shown by the team throughout the project. In particular we liked the detail and transparency of the quote that allowed for reasonable conversations about scope and changes along the way. The professionalism and can do attitude shown, not only by the Elivate team, but also by all of their sub-contractors was also very impressive. In addition, the team went out of their way to ensure that the rest of our house wasn't impacted by the dust and mess that always comes with building works. We highly recommend Elivate and are looking forward to working with the team again on the next project.

Elivate were absolutely amazing from the very first meeting until the very end of our building works. Each & every member of their team was highly skilled, respectful and courteous. They worked very hard every day & kept the site clean. Our dogs also loved them! Elivate project managed our build seamlessly with all trades on site at the correct times so the project ran smoothly. We have used Elivate Ltd for two separate projects at our home in Maidenhead and cannot recommend them highly enough. They first handled a full house renovation for us in 2022, which was a massive job involving structural work, plumbing, electrics, and coordinating with our window and carpet fitters. They did such a fantastic job that we invited them back in 2025 to renovate two bedrooms and a bathroom. On both occasions, the team was professional, clean, and incredibly friendly. Communication was clear throughout the process, which took a lot of the stress out of the building work. The recent bathroom and bedroom updates included new insulation and electrics, and they worked quickly to get everything finished to a high standard. We are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use Elivate again for future projects. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Elivate did on our two-storey extension, driveway, and garden re-landscaping. After interviewing five builders, we chose Elivate because Mark was warm, professional, and knowledgeable. From the start, we felt in good hands, and their guidance and recommendations throughout made the whole process so much easier. The project started on time and was completed in an impressive 5 months and 2 weeks. Neighbours even commented on how quickly they worked! The team was punctual, polite, and hardworking, always with a smile. Special thanks to Barrie and Craig, who managed the project brilliantly. Craig, especially, kept everything moving, always offering helpful suggestions and answering our questions. We’d 100% recommend Elivate and will definitely use them again. Elivate recently carried out a garage conversion for me. I was impressed with them from start to finish. Although a relatively small project, Elivate demonstrated a high level of professionalism and I felt my job was just as important to them as a much bigger, more expensive build. Their customer care and attention to detail was second to none. Communication was excellent throughout and the work itself was top class. They use local, skilled trades and service providers, who were all respectful to me and my home. The project was delivered on time and largely within budget and I am very happy with the final results. I would not hesitate to recommend Elivate for any of your building needs, large or small.

Our project involved building a part single, part double storey extension on the back of the house. The inside of the house was also remodelled, rewired and redecorated to provide a new shower room, an en-suite shower room, a utility room and a large living, dining, kitchen space. We also had all the internal doors replaced, new banisters, a new patio and had our roof replaced. We were initially very nervous before we embarked on our extension and house renovation project as we hadn’t done anything of this size before but the Elivate team were great from the start. Mark, the owner, was brilliant in talking us through the phases of the project and reassuring us that the timelines were realistic. Arron the site manager and Craig the project manager were always there to resolve any issues that arose during the project and gave great advice when we needed it. All the team on the project were great to work with and achieved an end result that delighted us. As we lived in the house and looked after grandchildren while the work was done there were times that were a bit stressful but Arron and the team were great in letting us know in advance what was going on so that we could arrange to be out while the noisiest work was being done. The Elivate team were also great in letting our neighbours know what was going on and making sure that they were happy with everything. Our experience with Elivate has been brilliant and we would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing building projects.

Originally recommended to me by a friend, Mark and Craig were brilliant at quoting for the job and keeping me informed on timelines and choices including in the end being able to start much earlier than expected. Then after not only starting early, the job was completed faster than quoted but to cost (excluding the extras I added on during the work) and to a high standard. The workspace was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend and will use again for any future building works.

We are thrilled with the extension built by the team from Elivate. From our first meeting with Mark to the commencement of the project that started in May 2023 we are beyond happy with the high quality of standards met by the whole team. We were advised by the team it would take 14 weeks to complete the project and they were bang on with their estimates. The Site Manager Craig kept the project on track, everyone involved from the brickies / carpentry / decorating / electricians / plumbers were professional and courteous. Selecting Elivate was a decision well-made and I would highly recommend them.

Elivate recently carried out a household kitchen modernisation and two rooms into one conversion. The Project, which finished within the planned dates, involved the complete spectrum of trades and the usual challenges of working in an older property. We were very happy with all aspects of the works and the finished job was of an excellent quality. The planning, management and ongoing communications (technical and financial) were of a standard that was more typical of a much larger organisation.

Mark and his fabulous team have crafted a beautiful 'new' home for me. Barrie, the site manager was patient, helpful and always polite. He tolerated my many questions and always got back to me quickly. Every trades person who was involved with my total renovation and extension was helpful and did an excellent job. I could not have had a better team of people to complete my job. My neighbours commented on how polite and tidy the team were and they very much appreciated being kept informed of major disruptions. I would highly recommend Elivate to anyone requiring an excellent building company.

I first approached Mark at Elivate knowing I had problems with my roof on an extension I had had done over 10 years earlier - the roof had been inadequately designed / built and was collapsing under its own weight. I had been looking for a builder I could trust to do the work to repair / replace the roof structure for a while, without success, before finding Elivate through a recommendation. And I’m very glad I did. They advised me on what needed to be done in a clear and understandable way, including costed options and had ready access to other professionals needed, eg. a structural engineer to do the calculations. Appreciating this was getting quite urgent for me, they managed to fit me in to their schedule a few weeks later and estimated that the work would take four weeks - and it did! Arron, Craig and the team completed the job from start to finish very professionally with a real sense of pressing on to get the job done. Different skills and resources were dovetailed into the job as needed in a timely way and the quality thing of “saying what you are going to do and then doing what you said you would” was there throughout.! Doing all this takes a good deal of the stress out of what is inevitably a stressful time for the client and gives enormous confidence. The work has been done well, professionally and within the timescales promised. The best building company I have encountered! Thank you Elivate!

Mark undertook a large extension project for us.  I did the usual round of the builders but when I discussed our project with Mark he stood head and shoulders above them.  I was instantly taken with his professionalism and honest manner.  Mark and his team are the opposite to all the usual tales you hear about builders.  They were on site every day.  The work was extremely well supervised and things happened when and how they were supposed to. Whenever decisions needed to be made we were always contacted and regular site meetings formed part and parcel of the way Mark did his business with us.

The work was completed on time and to budget.  The workmanship was of an extremely high standard and the snagging items have been addressed with the utmost efficiency.  I would have no qualms about recommending Mark to anyone considering any building work in the future.
