Berkshire Development were instrumental in getting me started with major extension to my semi-detached house. It felt like a daunting undertaking and I felt very supported by them. I was impressed by the standard of the professionals that they worked with. They were very helpful in the initial discussions about the project and through them I found an architect; a builder and an interior designer who were all excellent. I have just had the interior of my house re-modelled to create a large open living area. I appointed Berkshire Developments to prepare the architectural layouts and obtain the necessary planning permission and building control approvals. In addition, they recommended a structural engineer and interior decorator to assist with these aspects. In addition, I took the opportunity to have some significant outstanding maintenance work done as part of the re-modelling. The design for the re-modelling was professionally executed and the necessary consents and approvals achieved within the time and budget allowances. Berkshire Developments also introduced me to a builder who has now completed the re-modelling to a good standard within the estimated budget and time. The standard of workmanship was excellent.

They answered an internet based enquiry in connection with the potential development for residential use of an agricultural building on our land. They were quickest to respond and continued in that vein throughout our planning process. They produced sound plans and gave us practical advice on these and a wider range of development issues.
