Phoned Dan expecting him to come to the house to fix what turned out to be an airlock. However me not being at home the day of calling, he very kindly sorted the problem out over the phone. Turned out to be a 2 minute job to fix myself whereas I could have been charged £60 for a call-out. Much appreciated support.
