I should like to recommend South Western Property Services. They undertook extensive painting and refurbishment for us. The work was of a high standard, completed on schedule, and it was a pleasure to have Miloš and Petr with us for several weeks.

South Western Property Services Ltd had carried out work on our floorboards that were creaking, in three bedrooms and the hall way, he removed the carpets and had ensure that he did not screw the boards down on any of the pipework. It was one flat boards, as opposed to planks which made is more difficult to do and assess where nails could be screwed down. Milos and his team found a way. I was very happy with the work done. When they finished, they made sure the area was clean before they left.
Milos Hovoric from South Western Property Services Ltd and his team are very polite and helpful, they know what they are doing and explain the issues and the job they would do very clearly so you know what is going on and what work is going to be done. If there are any difficulties, they will let you know but will try and find a solution. Their standard of work is outstanding.

Milos and his brother Peter did a great job on our new home office cabin and shed. So good we used them on a couple of bedrooms and an en suite a few months after then a garden gate and finally and most recently in our lounge. I have recommended them to a number of friends who have all had exceptional results.
