I met one of this wonderful team at an event for Thalidomiders, to say I was impressed would be a gross understatement, especially as Thalidomiders don't have "normal" bodies, but Carol knew what we needed and was extremely professional as well as very friendly and approachable, I would highly recommend this team, I only wish I lived nearer myself, because I know for certain I would use their services!

A fantastic practice! Excellent treatment and customer service on all accounts. Always treated with a warm welcome at reception, the assistant therapists are professional and understanding. And not forgetting Lizzie the Physio, who has been outstanding in helping my shoulder rehabilitation! Thank you all!

Highly recommend Jim Adkins! Took 2 years of seeing Physio’s in Abu Dhabi, Chiropractors in Dubai. I had dry needling! Then finally my dad recommended Jim and he figured out what was wrong with my hip!

Wanted to say a massive thank you to Sharon. I came in with immense knee pain having picked up an injury during marathon training. Sharon was honest and said there wasn't time for a complete recovery but she'd do what she could to get me to the start line and hoped to get me half way round before it started hurting. Thanks to Sharon I got to the start line of my first marathon in Brighton, got to mile 18 before it really started to hurt and managed to finish and get that medal. When I saw Sharon I was in so much pain I could just about jog a mile and after having worked so hard and training having gone so well, thought I would have to defer. I'm so happy I got there and can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back if I pick up any more injuries (but hope I don't)!

I can’t recommend Berkshire Physio enough. I had had what I thought was tendinitis in my elbow for two years and had completely stopped working out, but the pain was still there. I finally decided to visit the physio, not honestly thinking much could be done. From the first session all the staff I met were brilliant. It turns out I had misdiagnosed myself and I was given treatments and exercises to do to address the issue. I did exactly as I was instructed after my sessions and was amazed by the progress I made. It was hard work but well worth the effort! I’m now almost back to normal and will continue the exercises they showed me on my own. I now have more confidence in what my body can do and feel like I’ve got control of it back  :) If you have an issue I would definitely recommend visiting them, even if it is something which has been aggravating you for a long time.
