A stone from the lawn strimmer shattered a double glazing pane of glass in our conservatory. I contacted both glazing firms listed in the Little Green Book. Glass (Reading) responded promptly, came, measured up, gave a quotation which I accepted, said it would take week to order and make the replacement pane, which it did. They removed the shattered pane, fitted the new one and cleared away all the pieces. Job well done, very satisfied with the service.

Glass Reading were quick to respond to an emergency when my elderly neighbour broke his window.
Within an hour, they were on site, and within a a couple of more hours, the window had been replaced.
They did all this with courtesy, efficiency and good humour. Outstanding. Thank you. -
