From beginning to end with Emma in the office this has been such a brilliant service. We cannot fault anything. Our lounge window had "blown". The guys who came out were fantastic, and were really lovely and they completed the job with no fuss or bother. They recognised my husband is vulnerable and they made sure everything was done very professionally. Sorry about Barney (black Labrador) who was behaving silly and would not come out to say hello properly. But they understood. Well done everyone what a brilliant service you provided. I can now look out the window properly. Keep safe and well.

Dave came and installed our replacement sealed glazed units today. He was prompt, very polite and easy to get on with. He installed the units and cleared up as he worked. Altogether a very happy outcome and he even complimented me on my fine cup of tea:-)
