Neil has done work for me for many years now. He installed one of my two gas boilers, and he has service both regularly. He also installed a new radiator in one of my bathrooms. I insure my home services with him. On a few occasions over the years I have had to call on him to deal with trouble with either the Gas Boilers or my plumbing – he always responded quickly and completed the work to my full satisfaction. Neil is an excellent tradesman; he has always done a first class job for me - and he is a very nice guy! I am very comfortable in highly recommending him.

M&N replaced my gas combi-boiler, it being 20 years old. Part of the contract was to replace the gas pipework from under the stairs where the old meter had been removed to the outside front of the property to the boiler because that part of the pipework was still non-compliant regarding diameter/width of gas-pipework that had been installed in 1986. As an after thought, I asked the engineer doing the work to include replacement radiators and the he adjusted the price accordingly. I now realize that I should have ask him to replace the old radiator pipe-work, as well, because, after the quoted job was completed and some four months later, one of my old radiator pipe joints leaked and, with no hesitation, he returned, and repaired it reducing the charge as goodwill (but I paid the full price because it was in no way his fault). As you see, he and his work-mate, having done a splendid job with efficiency and professionalism, I would have no hesitation in asking Neil Urquhart of M&N Plumbing Ltd to work for me again in that capacity.

I cannot speak highly enough about the quality, integrity and professionalism of this firm. I have now used them a number of times to install a new boiler, radiators throughout the house, replacement loft water tank, and replacement kitchen. Neil and his team always respond quickly, and are able to resolve any problem- which is particularly impressive given the fact that our house is around 200 years old and has presented significant challenges previously for other tradesmen. M and n plumbing’s integrity and workmanship are excellent as is the quality of the materials and work provided. They are always courteous, listen and go through options clearly. I trust them implicitly and would not now use anyone else. I honestly believe this firm is the best in the area for what they do and would not hesitate in commending them for your publication.
