Mark came through for me initially when my water tank exploded. Mark is brilliant! Everything was explained to me clearly with several options, including positives and negatives of each option and accompanying expense. Really pleased with the work and the obvious high level of expertise. The overall cost was quite reasonable as compared to other local tradesmen I had contacted before settling on Mark. Back I rang when my toilet completely broke on a different floor as well as a requirement for a refurb of my shower. Again, absolutely fantastic job completed to very high standard! Cannot recommend enough. Reliable honest high standard work. Delighted with the results. Highly recommend.

Mark was absolutely brilliant. He responded quickly to my request for help and completed the work efficiently and in good time. He was very polite, informative and helpful and he made no mess. He also has very high standards for completing a job. I have booked him in for the new year, to fit a new boiler and radiators in the knowledge that the job will be done proficiently.

Mark was recommended to us and he was brilliant. Right from the start when my wife got in touch Mark was quick to respond and book a time to see us quickly. He serviced our boiler and was very very fair in his fee. What is more is Mark happily spent some extra time to actually educate us on a few things we were not aware of, explaining how some things around the hot water and heating worked, as well as the water softener. Overall, I have to say Mark is probably one of the best (if not best!) tradespersons we have ever come across and will certainly be using him again for some other things we wanted looking at. Mark has now worked 4 bathrooms and 1 kitchen for us and his work has been timely and to excellent quality. Totally trustworthy and you know his work is excellent and his prices very reasonable.
