Excellent and friendly service at a very reasonable price, highly recommended. Called them on a Friday to get help with a Vallliant boiler hot water problem, Babak(?) came out same day, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour (as he had the needed replacement parts in his van). Also gave me good advice on what problems to look out for in future.

We have been using Babak from B&R Plumbing & Heating Services for over 15 years and he is our ‘go to’ plumber. He is exceptionally reliable and competent and can do a wide range of work ranging from installing boilers and central heating systems to installing showers, changing washers or taps and fixing toilet flushes and leakages. He has done all of these and more for us. He is always quick to respond and even if busy will often pop round the same day to see if he can help if it’s urgent. His prices are always reasonable unlike many other plumbers. I can very highly recommend.

Babek’s been our plumber for many years now. He’s fitted a new central heating system, rerouted the gas pipe, which was an emergency, coming on a Friday night in January and didn’t leave until we had heating. He’s very knowledgeable, always charges a fair price and we wouldn’t consider using anyone else. He’s now doing a few jobs for my sister who’s delighted with his work. Babek comes with our full recommendation.

Our hot water cylinder was leaking during one of the coldest weeks of the year, we were without heating and hot water. Babak arrived on time, assess the situation and promptly fitted the new cylinder, with no unforseen problems. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. They have provided excellent service for the small one off jobs such as replacing the cartridge in a tap to the much larger and more technically difficult such as replacing an existing gas boiler system to meet current regulations. B & R Plumbing have carried out a number of jobs for us over recent years and as a result of the high standard of their work, Babak is now our first (and only) point of contact for all our plumbing requirements. Most recently he has relocated and fitted a new boiler for us and as usual the work was completed to his usual high standard, promptly and with the minimum fuss and disruption. He ensures that all the work he carries out is finished to a level higher than your expectations. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, punctual and also a very pleasant, friendly man. Babak fitted a new boiler and reconfigured the heating system for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He was very patient explaining what he thought should be done, but careful to say what really needed to be done, as well as discussing what we would like to be done. He always told us if something did not need to be replaced. He always responds to your messages and is totally reliable. He is extremely hard working and the work was completed within the timeframe. He is also very pleasant and accommodating.

Have just had 3 taps successfully replaced by Babak from B&G plumbing - again very efficient and friendly service without mess or fuss. I have been using B&G for all my plumbing needs over the past 9 years and cannot find fault.  Babak most notably fixed a broken central heating boiler one Christmas Eve - thus saving a family Christmas!! I thoroughly recommend.

Babak from B&R has become our first point of call over the past few years for all things related to plumbing ranging from renewing radiators to fixing showers to completing a full fit out of an en suite. They are very reliable, reasonably priced with a high standard of work. I know its a small thing but also important is that Babak is just a nice person to have in your house. Very recently Babak helped troubleshoot a heating problem in my sons new home over the phone at very short notice over a weekend and helped us no end with options for renewing our rain and hose shower.
